Mississippi Articles of Incorporation | MS Secretary of State

The Mississippi Articles of Incorporationis an online template form provided by the Mississippi Secretary of State so that Incorporators may easily satisfy the requirements set forth by this governing entity. This online form is replacing the old paper forms. Incorporators may still file by mail as well provided they mail it to the specific Mississippi Secretary of State Address for their filing, the articles are generated by the online system, and the Filing Fee is paid in full. The Filing Fee, typically between $50.00 and $500.00 will need to be paid whenever such a form is finalized by the system. If you decide to mail the system generated Mississippi Articles of Incorporation, you will have the option of paying this fee with a check made out to "Secretary of State." Otherwise, you may use a credit card during the generation process.
