If you wish to file by mail, you may send the paperwork and a check or money order payment (made out to "Secretary of State") for the $99.00 Filing Fee or you may pay with a major credit card if you are filing online. You will need to create a login to do this with Ohio Business Center here: http://www.sos.state.oh.us/SOS/. If you wish to mail your articles send them to the Ohio Secretary of State. Keep in mind that different entity types will have different addresses.
